Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Excellent - the website had been sluggish and repeated attempts to make the same booking resulted in 3 bookings. But the team quickly confirmed they had cancelled two, and the actual booking all worked fine once we got to Orlando.

The city of Quesnel is a two-mile drive southwest of Quesnel Airport. The airport itself is one of British Columbia's smaller airports and as such, it only has one scheduled flight per day. The airline Central Mountain Air flies daily to Vancouver, with all other flights chartered.

The facilities in the airport are lacking. There is an aviation school which has a vending machine which is available to passengers of commercial flights. There is also a parking area, which is spacious enough to ensure finding a space isn't a problem. Car rental in Quesnel Airport is not available in the terminal but booking in advance will guarantee a vehicle is waiting for you on arrival.
