Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Ales is a small town that also serves as the capital of Cevennes in the Languedoc-Rousillion region of France. The town is not widely considered a travel destination mostly due to its size but it does offer a variety of tourist sites that add to its charm. While the town can be easily explored on foot, many travellers still opt to arrange for car hire in Ales in order to get around the surrounding countryside and so they can venture out to other towns in the region later on.

There are many places to see in Ales that are worth a day trip or a weekend's stay. With a car rental in Ales, visitors can access notable attractions such as the Cathedrale Saint Jean, La Colline de L'Ermitage, Museum of Mine Temoin and the Fort Vauban. The town also organizes an annual film festival in March and a Carnival that draws crowds of travelling families.

If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
