Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Gradignan is a Bordeaux satellite town in southwest France in the Gironde department, Aquitaine. It is a quieter alternative to staying in Bordeaux and has cheap car hire in Gradignan.

It is only a few kilometres south of the wine capital of Bordeaux, just outside the boundaries of the Bordeaux ring road, and can be got to by bus or taxi. There are some worthwhile attractions to check out before heading out to explore the region with car rental in Gradignan.

There are many old streets to have a wonder around and do a bit of souvenir shopping, although it is no substitute to shopping in Bordeaux.
