Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Hangenbieten is located in the northeast of France, in the popular region of Alsace. It is home to just 1,500 people and most people who visit stay in the nearby city of Strasbourg. Car hire at Hangenbieten can be used to get from the small town to Strasbourg in comfort.

Strasbourg Airport is only two kilometres from Hangenbieten and is the main way into the region. The airport handles hundreds of flights every week and people staying in nearby Hangenbieten often arrange an airport pick-up service with their hotel.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
