Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean in southwestern France, Labenne is a picturesque town which offers a more tranquil alternative to the bustling resorts of Biarritz and Bayonne. Both of these bigger cities are just short drives away and are the best places to find car hire at Labenne.

Car rental at Labenne is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit the surrounding area at their own pace, but the town of Labenne itself can be easily navigated by bike or foot. One of Labenne's biggest tourist attractions is its beach, which is just as beautiful as those of Bayonne and Biarritz, but far less crowded.

There is no beach at the large inland lake and nature reserve of Etang d'Orx, but it is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit just the same. Exotic bird species, turtles, and otters are just some of the many animals who call Etang d'Orx their home, while monkeys roam free among pine forests at La Pinede des Singes.

Labenne is also one of the few places outside Spain where people may watch bullfighting, but there's also a tamer alternative known as Course Landaise in which humans face off with cows, but the cows do not die at the end of the match. The Church of St. Nicolas and Chapel of St. Therese are among Labenne's most historic buildings.

Visitors may also drive their cheap car hire at Labenne to Biarritz, Bayonne, and many other destinations in the Aquitaine region, as well as the nearby Spanish border.
