Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Pantin is a suburb to the northeast of Paris in France. Located just over six kilometres from downtown Paris, the municipality is considered to be one of the most populated in all of Europe. Car hire at Pantin is a great way to see the rest of Paris as Pantin directly borders Paris's inner ring road. Also easily accessed from Pantin are the N2 and N3 national routes which lead to other cities in France.

Pantin is accessed via the international airport in Paris from abroad. If arriving from within France, the high-speed railway system is a great option. Using Paris's RER Line E it is easy to access the Pantin station. Upon arrival at the Pantin station, which can also be used to access the suburb from the airport, there are several car hire depots in the nearby vicinity

Many visitors will find the Pantin suburb a nice alternative to the noisy downtown of Paris which during peak tourist seasons can get quite crowded. Pantin, being just over six kilometres from downtown Paris, has several accommodation options which varying in styles and prices.

Daytrips or evening excursions into Paris make the proximity of Pantin to the French capital a great advantage.  What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
